Happened to me just the other night, woke up with a tight/sore tricep muscle after a night’s sleep. I work out, but this was on an off-day (kids, remember to lift weights only every other day, it’s the safe and effective way to do it). All right, I’m middle aged and not an NBA-class athlete, but I’m not in bad shape and it happens. And phaden27: yes, I’ve hurt myself doing that too ;>)
